Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your order is shipped.

During product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the delay.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of ICE COLD Fashion's control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

ICE COLD Fashion is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered according to the carrier's tracking information, ICE COLD Fashion is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the damaged packaging and merchandise so we can determine the appropriate next steps.

International Orders

International shipping availability, delivery times, customs requirements, duties, and taxes may vary by destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
